About Us
Nordic Timber is exporting worldwide, especially whitewood and redwood, of all standards and measurements. We have built excellent relationships with sawmills en planingmills. Its all about relations, that's where the sustainability comes from. We developed our own sales-strategy and the transportation is also organized ''in house'' in order to guarantee a delivery in time. The Dutch demand for our products is handled and organized by our own local sales office. We also hold stock for our Dutch customers.
In 1992 the company was founded by Peter Jongerling, a true entrepreneur. Originally working as a sawing company Nordic Timber expanded its business by importing timber from Scandinavia and the rest of Northern Europe into The Netherlands. Following that Nordic Timber created its own productionlines in order to export and deliver worldwide. Nordic Timber is always looking for opportunities and new challenges.
